Clairmount Auto Inc.

Taken by the desire of a complete building renovation to modernize its facilities and support growth, Clairmount Auto has given Enertech the mandate to establish, as a project manager, the performance contracts for all the contractors and to supervise the construction site.

The work includes replacement of windows and the metal sheeting, the repair of the roof membrane, modernization of the heating system as well as the reconfiguration of the offices. Enertech is also responsible for the permit application with the City and the Planning Advisory Committee of the City of Sainte-Catherine.
